CANCELLATION POLICY
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
We required a credit card on file for booking appointments.
CANCELLATION / LATE RESCHEDULING AND NO SHOW POLICY
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service.
Haircut appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, and no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service booked to the card on file.
Cancellations should be made by text or through online booking only.
LATE POLICY
We have a 15-minute late policy. If a guest is 15 minutes late or more we will try to work around the remaining time, if the service can still be completed within reason. In the case that the service can not be complete with the remaining time, there will be a 50% service charge to the card on file.
REFUNDS + ADJUSTMENTS
If a guest is not satisfied with their hair service, please contact the salon and we will schedule a complimentary adjustment within a two-week period. Adjustments will only be made based on what was discussed during original consultation. We do not offer financial refunds for our services.
